When registering your child’s place we will need to obtain the following information from you:

When registering your child’s place we will need to obtain the following information from you:
- child’s name and age
- parent/guardian’s name
- address and contact number
- emergency contact number/mobile number
- email address
- health information and the name of the person collecting your child from the sessions.
We accept payment by cash, postal order or cheque, however the registration of your child’s place is only secured on receipt of payment. All cheques should be made payable to The Little Acorn Education Company Ltd. All registration payments are non-refundable.
Available dates will be confirmed upon registration. The Kid's Arts Academy reserves the right to exclude any child who is disruptive to the extent that they could disrupt the safe running of the activities.
